The flagship store is located on the ground floor of a historic residence, a building dating back to 1864 that overlooks one of the most important thoroughfares in the Perugia area—a strategic hub connecting the region’s major towns: Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Todi, and Spoleto. Spanning just over 100 square meters, the store fully embodies Modulnova’s design-driven philosophy. This philosophy is fully embodied by this flagship store; inside, in fact, you’ll find not just interior designers but a team of architects who can design home spaces in a bespoke manner, taking into account the characteristics of the space, but also—and above all—listening to the client and creating custom solutions.

Each space is conceived as a small architectural entity, where the kitchen, living room, and bathroom interact through a clean and cohesive design language. The selection of materials—stone, wood, and innovative surfaces—creates elegant and immersive atmospheres, where design takes shape through harmony, proportion, and continuity.
Material essence
Infinity is a peninsula that expresses continuity and formal lightness. Essential surfaces and fluid lines define a suspended volume, capable of integrating naturally into the space. A design element that combines function and aesthetics, enhancing the kitchen with a contemporary and refined language.
Skill Gres is a kitchen system that expresses solidity and material continuity. The compact and resistant stoneware surfaces define essential volumes and clean lines. A project designed to combine aesthetics and functionality, enhancing the space with a contemporary, rigorous and consistent language.
